VOYCE Technologies LLC ("VOYCE," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information you provide directly to us, including: account registration information (name, email address, company name, password); billing and payment information (processed through Stripe); customer content uploaded for AI training (documents, FAQs, knowledge base materials); and communications with our support team.

When you use the Service, we automatically collect: conversation transcripts and logs from the VOYCE widget; end-user information provided during widget interactions (names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other information voluntarily provided); usage data and analytics; device information and IP addresses; and cookies and similar tracking technologies.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process transactions and send related information; send technical notices, updates, and support messages; respond to your comments, questions, and requests; monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities; develop new products, services, and features; improve and train our AI models; detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities; and comply with legal obligations.

Data Retention

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
