About Us

Our Story

VOYCE was born from a simple observation: people were leaving websites frustrated. The information they needed was there, buried in pages, FAQs, and navigation menus, but finding it took too much effort. Businesses were losing customers not because they lacked a great product, but because their websites couldn't hold a conversation.

Boman and Collin set out to fix that. The idea was straightforward: give every website an always-on conversational layer so visitors could ask questions naturally and get answers instantly, the same way they would talking to a knowledgeable person. No more hunting through pages. No more dead ends.

But VOYCE is more than a chat widget. Every conversation generates data. Every question a visitor asks is a signal: what they care about, what's confusing, what's missing. VOYCE captures all of it and surfaces it as actionable analytics, giving businesses a direct line into the minds of their customers and the insight to act on what they find.
