We're building the AI voice layer for every small business in America.

VOYCE Technologies makes AI-powered chat and voice widgets that embed on any business website, answering questions, capturing leads, and booking appointments 24/7. No extra staff. No missed calls. Just more customers.

We're an early-stage startup with a live product, paying customers, and a lot of ambition. We're accepting a small national cohort of sales interns this summer, and we want to start with you.

THE ROLE

This is not a fetch-coffee internship.

From day one, you're a sales associate. You prospect, outreach, pitch, demo, and close. Your city, your schedule.

Prospect Your Market

Identify local businesses that could benefit from VOYCE. Any vertical. You choose the targets.

Multi-Channel Outreach

Cold email, LinkedIn, in-person walk-ins. Get creative. Find what works for your city.

Run Discovery Calls

Book and run real discovery calls. Listen, qualify, understand what a business actually needs.

Demo the Product

Learn to demo VOYCE live. Show business owners exactly what their site could look and sound like.

Close Deals

By Week 9, you’re attempting closes. Handle objections, follow up relentlessly, ask for the business.

Create Content

Document your journey on Instagram and LinkedIn. Authentic intern content grows the VOYCE brand and earns you points.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

12 weeks. Four phases. One full sales cycle.

Each phase progressively expands your responsibility. By the end, you own the deal from first contact to close.

PHASE 1Weeks 1–2 (May 18–31)

FOUNDATION

Learn the product, build your prospect list, competition scoreboard goes live.

PHASE 2Weeks 3–5 (Jun 1–21)

OUTREACH

First cold emails, LinkedIn messages, in-person walk-ins. Book your first discovery calls.

PHASE 3Weeks 6–8 (Jun 22–Jul 12)

DEMO

Mid-summer 1-on-1 mentorship. Learn and practice the demo script. Run first live product demos.

PHASE 4Weeks 9–12 (Jul 13–Aug 7)

CLOSE

Own the full sales cycle. Final competition sprint, cash bonus awarded, letters of rec drafted.

THE COMPETITION

One leaderboard. One winner. Real money.

All interns compete on a live leaderboard from day one. The intern with the most points at the end of the summer takes home a cash bonus. Commission is paid to every intern who closes a deal — not just the winner.

Founder Mentorship

Weekly group calls + 1-on-1s with Boman and Collin on sales, startups, and career.

School Credit

We’ll work with your institution to document your experience for academic credit where applicable.

COMPENSATION

Unpaid base. Unlimited upside.

This is a commission-only internship. There is no hourly wage or stipend. What you earn is entirely tied to what you close, and what you learn is worth more than any hourly rate we could offer. We'll provide documentation for school credit where applicable.
